If you’ve *never* written a line of code in your life, but you want to learn, we want you here! If you’re a super awesome programmer who knows more about compilers than Grace Hopper, we’re honored to have you. By Martha Kelly Girdler (Software Engineer, Uber)

On February 8, 2014 in San Francisco, Hackentine’s Day is for women and girls of all skill levels and ages to get together and build something radical.

If you’ve *never* written a line of code in your life, but you want to learn, we want you here! If you’re a super awesome programmer who knows more about compilers than Grace Hopper, we’re honored to have you. You’ll leave Hackentine’s Day with a fully functioning project that you can call your own.

We’ll provide awesome playlists, coffee, lunch, and cupcakes (vegan/GF options). You provide your awesome self. At Hackentine’s Day:

– We provide an easy to follow beginner tutorial for HTML/CSS (download this as well)
– We provide an intermediate project tutorial featuring JS
– Or, hack on your own!

Details & FREE RSVP here: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/hackentines-day-tickets-10228554883

Hackentine’s day checklist for attendees:

– Bring your excited self (and a friend!)
– Have Sublime text editor or Textmate downloaded on your computer
– Have a browser (we like Chrome, but any browser will do!)

Come hack with us!
