The Facebook Diversity Full Scholarship is intended to provide one woman from a historically underrepresented population the opportunity to launch a career in tech through Hackbright Academy. This scholarship and living stipend will cover the full tuition for Hackbright Academy as a set amount for living expenses.
Eligibility: Scholarship applicants are part of a population that is historically underrepresented (Black, Hispanic/Latina, American Indian) in the field of computer science.
How to Apply: To apply for a need based scholarship, students first must be accepted and enrolled into the Hackbright Academy software engineering fellowship. Upon enrollment, students complete a brief application form and provide supporting documentation on their finances.
