Partner With Us

Hackbright’s driving mission is to change the ratio in engineering and technology by providing the industry with strong, smart, and talented women. We partner with like-minded organizations and companies so that our impact has the farthest possible reach and remain committed to the continued growth in the communities.

hire a graduate

Reach active and diverse engineering talent. The Hackbright team will personally work with you to determine your perfect candidate and send you best-in-class women engineers who meet your hiring criteria.

whiteboarding & field trips

Host current students for a whiteboarding session or field trip to your company to provide them with real-world insights into what an engineering role at your company might look like.

tech talks

Engineers from your company can present to Hackbright students and alumnae on topics in which they are subject matter experts.

Donate scholarship dollars to enable aspiring students to attend Hackbright who may have been otherwise unable. Scholarship funds go directly to the students and can be awarded in your name, based on specific diversity goals, or technical merit.

post a job

Get your priority openings in front of Hackbright’s alumnae community — your jobs can be featured in our weekly alumnae newsletter, job portal, and the alumnae slack channel for maximum visibility.

Your beautiful office space serves as a wonderful venue to hold our many student and alumnae events, like the Career Fair, Demo Night, company field trips, and whiteboarding sessions.
